Membership Plans

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS ADDENDUM

This Membership Terms & Conditions Addendum ("Addendum") supplements the General Terms and Conditions of Tejada Baseball Club. By subscribing to or purchasing any membership plan, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Membership Structure & Session Limits

• Services & Training Sessions: Subscriptions that include weekly or monthly complimentary training sessions or coach bookings operate on a "use-it-or-lose-it" basis. Unused sessions within the designated period (e.g., weekly) do not roll over to subsequent billing periods and cannot be converted into cash, store credit, or account balance refunds.
• Designated Coach: If your membership plan includes access to a specific Coach, bookings remain subject to that Coach’s availability. Tejada Baseball Club reserves the right to assign a qualified substitute coach whenever necessary.

2. Commitment, Billing & Cancellation Terms

Subscription Types & Commitment

• Monthly Subscriptions: Billed on a recurring monthly basis starting on the initial date of purchase.
• Annual Subscriptions: Require a full, non-negotiable 12-month commitment.

Automatic Recurring Billing

By subscribing to any recurring plan (monthly or annual), you authorize Tejada Baseball Club to automatically charge your stored payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until the membership is canceled in accordance with these Terms.

Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time through your account settings on the Platform or by contacting customer support. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, and you will maintain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
• Annual Subscriptions: If you choose to cancel prior to the expiration of the 12-month term, no refunds will be issued for prepaid fees or remaining months.

Notice of Price Changes

Tejada Baseball Club reserves the right to adjust membership fees at any time. Price adjustments will not take effect immediately for active subscriptions:

• You will receive advance written notice (via email or Platform notification) at least 30 days prior to the effective date of any new pricing.
• If you do not agree to the updated pricing, you must cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing cycle.
• Continued use of the Services after the price change takes effect constitutes full acceptance of the new fee structure.

3. Guest & Additional Person Policy

• Additional Members / Guests: If your membership plan allows an additional person (e.g., family member or guest), you—as the primary account holder—assume full financial responsibility for any additional fees incurred, as well as full legal responsibility for their strict compliance with the Facilities' safety rules and liability waivers.

4. Cancellation & Suspension by Club

Tejada Baseball Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any membership immediately, without refund, if the User:

1. Violates the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Engages in abusive, violent, or unsafe behavior within the Facilities.
3. Fails to comply with staff instructions or safety standards.
